Re-Certification Standards BRC 6 and IFS 6

BRC-IFSIn November of 2014 we passed the Re-Certification Standards BRC Global Food Safety Auditory and IFS in its 6th version. This certification covers bakery and pastry products (in our case Magdalenas and Mini muffins).

Regarding the BRC a Grade A was obtained and in IFS a high degree, overcoming the majority of fulfillments of both standards..

We are currently reviewing the Quality Manual and Food Security as part of the commitment to continuous improvement and adapting it to the version 7 of BRC, which is come into force in July 2015.
